Modelled at €20,000. 730 of our guests are already inside and do not pay door, so paying admissions cap out around 3,270. Amnesia pay the line-up and take 80%; the bar sits inside the same split. It is a good story and a small number — treat anything above €37,000 as unrealistic.

MUST COME FROM THE LADDER63,148

Fourteen tables of thirty. Cheapest first: five Nominees tables and nine Residents.

With the Chairman's Table sold, it drops to eight. If everything except the ladder sells through — every seat, every package, all the sponsorship — it is under two.

The prudent case assumes only half the seats and packages sell. That is the number to plan against.

Still open

What could move

Spanish IVA

10% or 21%, still with the accountants. A €32,000 swing. Prices are published tax-inclusive so it affects our margin, never the price anyone pays.

Amnesia extras

Listed as TBC in the contract with no price against them. The only genuinely unknown cost line.

Three contracts unsigned

Amnesia, Crisp and MiM. All three are cost lines. If any moves, the number moves.

The wine category

Unallocated. Worth €5,000 to €15,000 depending where it lands.
